目前大多数保安公司都实行了岗位责任制,同其它许多企业一样,人人都有一本《岗位责任手册》。但就现实情况而言,在多数保安公司里,在制度的制定、落实和执行力方面均存在一些问题,还有绝大部分保安员文化程度是初高中及以下,专业技能不足,加上保安员招聘门槛较低,工资待遇偏低,保安队伍不稳定,使得保安服务业的岗位责任制落实和执行都大打折扣。具体表现在:
